A LONG STRANGE OUTRAGE!!!

Hello, my faithful readers. Indeed team work is over rated. I’ve at least had to adopt this policy in the last couple of days. I’ve been hurting readers. The woman I love has decided she does not love me back. So, what to do? I can’t force her to love me, so I’m left with one option. Live with it. So, I’m trying to find all the positives in all of this, and I’ve found many of them. One of them is the return of my blog! I’m excited and oh how I’ve been outraged in the last month. First off, I hate being broke! I’m so broke readers, it’s sad. Then, I met a girl and she gave me her number, but now, she’s not answering the phone! It’s not like I begged her for her number, she gave it to me. I DIDN’T EVEN ASK!!! So, why no answer? Who knows. But anyhoo, I’m thinking about taking a trip sometime later in the year (considering I’m going to save a lot of money not paying for a wedding). I’m taking suggestions, readers. I want to go to England and see a good, old fashioned Rugby match, but then I also want to go to Spain and see the Alhambra. What do you recommend? Well, readers, I tip my hat to all of you for taking the time to stop in my little corner of the universe and share with me your opinions. I do admit, I’m still hurt. That’s right, the outraging dynamo is hurting. But with the help of my blog and my good friends Sam Adams, Old Style and Rolling Rock, I’ll be ok. Ah, faithful readers. How I’ve failed you. In the last month I’ve only written about two posts on the things that outrage me. I’ve even tried changing the format when I couldn’t find anything to outrage about. Well, it hasn’t been working. I’ve been getting kicked around by life’s little intricacies and I have been away for too long. Time to come back, and with a vengeance. I’ve got plenty of outrage to go around and now you’re all going to hear about it. Like, did anyone hear about that candidate for “Mother Of The Year” in Florida? You know, the one that blasted her kid in the car wash with a pressure washer? Yeah! TALK ABOUT GOOD PARENTING SKILLS!!! (Hope you’re picking up the sarcasm). What a horrible person. At least she had the decency to turn herself in. I don’t know what happened after this, but let me say one thing; I hope she has a miserable life. People who hurt children in general, doesn’t matter if they spilled a little bit of juice or are throwing a tantrum, are the worst human beings around. THEY’RE KIDS!!! THEY’RE GOING TO SPILL THINGS AND THROW TANTRUMS!!! IT’S UP TO YOU AS A PARENT TO TEACH THEM NOT TO DO THESE THINGS, BUT NOT IN A VIOLENT WAY!!! Readers, those type of people make me sick. It disgusts me. But enough about my opinion. What do the rest of you think? Looking forward to hearing your opinions.

DESIGNER OUTRAGE!!!

So, what am I outraging about today? I was watching TV and I encountered a commercial that mocked a place for selling designer glasses. Then I thought to myself “how far is this from the truth?”. There are lots of places out there that, not only sell designer glasses, but designer everything. I understand designer clothes, but designer socks? Designer pets? WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THAT?!!! I’m not saying don’t buy the stuff, I’m not saying the stuff is stupid. All I’m saying is that 9 out of 10 times, it is USELESS!!! I recently bought 2 pairs of gym shoes at $8.99. I could not be more happier with those shoes. They’re made from the same material as very expensive swoosh brand shoes. They’re probably made by the same people in the same sweat shop in Taiwan. So what are you paying for? A little logo. $50.00 more for a little logo! If you want to buy that stuff, ok, go ahead. But what really outrages me is the importance that society places on these brands. I can recall many a times that some one in school was made to feel inadequate because the other kids laughed at him for not wearing designer brands. I don’t believe that children can be cruel. I believe children are cruel because it’ what parents teach them. So, if children mock less fortunate children, it’s something that Mommy and Daddy do as well. So, like I said. If you can afford and want to wear all that designer garbage, go right ahead. Just don’t knock others who can’t afford them.

Indeed readers! Serenity now! What a terrible week I had last week. It was so bad I didn’t even get a chance to vent to my favorite audience. But in that week, I’ve had plenty of rage stored up and now I’m going to share it with you all. I’ve done my best to continue my ventures to the gym and I am seeing some results. One of the things I’ve noticed at the gym and shared with you is that some people don’t go for their own benefit. They go to be seen. and There’s one ass-hat at my gym that fits the bill perfectly. I understand when you’re working out you get an adrenaline rush, but the rest of the things he does is all an act and IT REALLY ANNOYS THE HELL OUT OF ME!!! DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO HUFF AND PUFF WHEN LIFTING A 10LB DUMB BELL?!!! NO!!! The guy lifts up something and then yells out and struts around the gym! Granted he’s in good shape, but not everyone cares! I understand being helpful, but this guy gets in everyone’s business. And if he were a good looking guy, I’d understand it. But from the looks of it, most people just have pity on him. He has a rat face. I’m not saying that because I think I’m all that, but I recognize my ugliness. I don’t go around parading myself to gain attention. It’s jerks like that that ruin it for the rest of us. DEBATEABLE OUTRAGE?!!!

 Hello Faithful Readers! As you might have noticed, I haven’t posted anything the last couple of days. The truth is readers, I’ve found that venting was good for sometime, but I am all outraged out! Sure, there are things that bother me, but talking about all the bad things about my day just kinda seemed to make it worse. So, I’ve been doing some serious thinking (and perhaps some drinking) and I’ve reached a conclusion. While I will maintain my blog, I don’t think I’ll just talk about things that outrage me. Truth is, I’m outraged every day, but it’s usually about the same thing. So, instead I’m going to write about my daily thoughts, most of them outrageous. Like today, for instance. I’ve discovered something somewhat disturbing about myself. I think I’m the only schmoe on this planet that finds Amy Winehouse attractive. Not with the bleach blond hair and not with all that crap on her head and face. If you look at some pictures of her early career, you’ll see what I’m talking about. But everyone I ask seems to have something or another against her. I mean, sure, she’s throwing her life away (although she looks healthier due to the rehab) and she’s married to an idiot, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t good looking. You know who is good looking? Jaime Pressly! Something about her really floats my boat. I’m a big fan of “My Name Is Earl” and let me tell you, I would love to have Joy Turner/Hickey/Darville boss me around. I’d love to be her Joy-Boy. But enough of the dirty talk. This is the new format this blog is going with readers: my daily thoughts and opinions and yes, the outrage. Like the potholes again. They are ridiculous! Hope to hear more of your opinions, thank you to those of you that have replied. Oh another thing I’d like to start doing is having a quote of the day. SERIOUS OUTRAGE!!!

Good morning to you, faithful readers. Today, I’ve got something troubling me. See, most of the posts on this blog are things that happen in my daily life. Occurrences that just really bother me, but that ultimately have no lasting impact on my life. Well, what are we to do when something does have a profound impact? You see, readers, lately I’ve heard some troubling news about the going-ons in a family member household. Recently, I’ve received word that a family member of mine (related by blood, not by law) was a victim of domestic violence. What to do when one of these things hits close to home? Well, readers, I am outraged. Not just because of the violence, but also because of people that keep going back to these situations. I don’t understand why men and women keep wanting to be with someone that is not a good person. Take a buddy of mine, for example. He recently broke up with his girl, but I say it’s the best thing that’s happened to him. Sure, I understand his being down, but this girl was no good for him at all. Yet, he persisted in wanting to “fix” the relationship. Not good. Similar is the case with this family member. The victim continuously wanted to keep the aggressor coming back, even though he or she was not good for them. Domestic violence is one of the most disgusting crimes ever. In my humble opinion, it’s up to par with beating your children needlessly and ignoring the needs and welfare of your spouse and child. The men who do it are cowards, lowly bastards that have no love or appreciation for life. The women who do it are obviously self centered and extremely needy. It’s a shame that it happens, but it makes me happy to see when the law steps in. People always dog the law because they fail to perform, but I’ve never had a bad result. I can’t wait for the law to handle that coward. So, with that, faithful readers, I encourage you to avoid any of those situations. If you’re a victim of this, there are two things you must do: #1 – LEAVE THAT PERSON!!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU!!! #2 – GO TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES!!! DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS A CRIME, BUT IT’LL NEVER BE RESOLVED IF YOU KEEP COVERING UP FOR SOMEONE THAT YOU LOVE WHO CLEARLY DOES NOT LOVE YOU BACK!!! Please, let’s end the violence and give each other the proper respect.

INVITATION OUTRAGE!!!

WOW!!! TALK ABOUT UPSETS!!! WAS THAT A GREAT SUPERBOWL OR WHAT?!!! Shame about the 18-1 Pats. Well, that wasn’t the only outrage that I have from yesterday. Let me tell you something that happened at the SB party I was at, faithful readers. About half of the invitees showed up 5 minutes to half time (which is making us consider a policy of shutting the doors at kickoff). Well, one of the invitees showed up during half time with some chicken wings she was making. Seems to me she should’ve started earlier. But that’s not the bad part of the story. As the game and the evening went on, we all got of started taking in some more food. Chips here, bratwurst there, and so on and so forth. Well, when all was said and done, there were some of her hot wings left over. So, do you what she had the audacity to do? SHE ASKS THE HOST IF SHE SHOULD LEAVE SOME OR JUST TAKE ALL THE LEFT OVERS!!! OH MY GOD!!! I don’t know what the custom is in other households, but in a Mexican household, that’s a big no-no. YOU LEAVE WHATEVER YOU BROUGHT AS A THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOST! OH MY GOODNESS, I STILL CAN’T GET OVER HOW RUDE THIS PERSON IS!!! And if you’re wondering, yes, she is Mexican. No wonder we have such bad names. It’s all because of people like her. It’s going to take some time to get over this, but please, readers, do me a favor. If you take food to someones house, leave it there. Then you won’t be the subject of everyones outrage.

RADIO OUTRAGE!!!

Wow! Is it just me or is Sarah Silverman really, really HOT?!!! I just saw the Sarah Silverman/Matt Damon video on Kimmel’s show. Pure hilarity. Anyway, faithful readers, today’s outrage isn’t what you might think. It’s not about a radio personality. Rather, it’s about my radio. See, readers, a pet peeve of mine is when people go through my personal things. When I leave something out and people can’t resist going through it really, really bugs me. Like if I put my wallet down for a second, my friends will go through it. Not to steal, just to see what I have. Or if I put my cell phone down, my droogs can’t help but looking through it. Like they’ve never seen a phone before. But the ultimate pet peeve has to be when someone touches the radio in my car. THAT’S A BIG NO-NO!!! When I’m in someones car, I don’t even think for one second on touching the radio. It’s just disrespectful. But the other day, while in the car, someone changed the song that I was listening to because it wasn’t their taste in music. Now, I’ll admit I have a different taste, but ultimately, ITS MY RADIO!!! DON’T TOUCH IT!!! So what happened? I turned the song back and restarted the very song I was listening to. That got my point across and my radio wasn’t touch for the rest of the trip. Additionally, my radio is a little different. For some reason, there are buttons that have multiple uses. So, I really hate it when someone moves something on my radio and then can’t figure out what they did. If you don’t know how to use it, DON’T TOUCH IT!!! If this continues, I’m going to have to retaliate, readers. I don’t know how much longer I can put up with it. In the meantime, I just like sit back and enjoy the music. Everyone, have a great weekend. Don’t drink too much at the SB party and more importantly, lets hope the Pats put the 1972 Dinosaurs out of their misery.

POSTAL OUTRAGE!!!

Greetings readers! Hope your all doing well on this snowy afternoon. Well, yesterday I went back to the gym and the same yahoo was on the same machine that I outraged about earlier in the week! But that’s not my issue today. Today I’ve got a bone to pick with the US postal service. See, about a week ago I ordered something that was supposed to be shipped the following business day. It was coming from the east coast and it said about 3-4 business days. IT’S BEEN 5!!! Now, I try and be patient with everyone, and I’ve just about had it with my postal service branch. Last week I was supposed to get some movies via a popular aniline rental service, and they were delivered all right. But the postal dummy didn’t put them in the mail box. They fit perfectly there, but instead he just dropped them in between the doors. I don’t normally check there, as I always go out the back door to the garage. But one day, LO AND BEHOLD!!! My movies. They had been sitting there for days because this schmuck was too lazy to put them in the box! The post office is worried people aren’t using the mail as much anymore. I wonder why……. Could it be that we can do most things VIA INTERNET?!!! EMAIL AND ON-LINE BILL PAY ARE WAY BETTER THEN THE DONKEY RIDING POSTMAN!!! Mr. or Mrs. Mail-person, please, deliver my items on time. Then we’ll all be in perfect harmony.
